Matar  Ki RAJ Kachori

 

INGREDIENTmatar

 

  • Suji – 2 cup
  • Maida – 1/2 cup
  • chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Oil

 

Ingredients for Stuffing

 

  • Green Peas 1 cup
  • onion – 1
  • Curd – 400 gms
  • Green Chilies -2
  • Ginger-2 to 4 slices
  • Cumin seeds – 2 tea spoon (roast and grind)
  • Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • coriander powder
  • Black pepper – 1 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder – 1 tea spoon
  • tamarind chutney – 1/2 cup.
  • coriander chutney – 1/2 cup.
  • Sev bhuiya – 1/2 cup.
  • Pomegranate – 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup

 

 

Directions

 

Mix Semolina, Maida, 1/2 tsp Red

chili powder & salt with water. Make

 

a stiff dough.

 

Divide the dough into 6 equal

parts & roll out into a 5 inches

 

round Poori. Deep fry on Medium

 

heat till they are golden brown &

 

crispy. Allow to cool.

  1. To make the filling heat oil in a pan

put cumin seeds  , onion , ginger and green peas.

Add turmeric  powder, coriander powder, salt

and chili powder.

Cook peas for 5 minutes.

 

4.Take a Kachori in the serving plate

 

& make a big hole in the center.

 

 

5.Pour tamarind chutney , coriander

 

chutney and yogurt over it.

 

6.Garnish with pomegranates and

 

sev.

CARROT JUICE

Carrot juice is a healthy , delicious and  nutritious drink.

Its good for beautiful skin  better vision and many health  benefits.

It contains vitamin A,B,C,D,E  and minerals.

INGREDIENTS

  • Amla 1
  • Ginger  small
  • Mint few
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Lemon 1
  • Salt
  • Ice cubes
  • Beetroots 1/2

METHOD

Wash and peel carrots and beetroots.

Cut into 2 inch pieces.

In a juicer make the juice  of

carrot , amla ,beetroot, ginger and tomato.

put some ice cubes and salt.

stir in the lemon juice.

Garnish with mint leaves.

GULAB JAMUN

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 gms  khoya
  • 1/2  cup maidaPhotoChooser-05fa48d3-f3e1-4735-9452-9971460289fd
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8-10 kishmish
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 2 cup water
  • 2 tbs cardamoms powder
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • Saffron
  • Ghee

METHOD

Put water , sugar , saffron and

Cardamom powder in a pan.

Boil till it comes to a thick syrup

consistency. Keep aside.

Take mawa and  maida .

Mash properly to remove lumps.

Add milk and baking soda.

Once again mash and make dough

Make small balls puting 1-2

Kishmish in the center.

Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame.

When ghee is medium hot

add prepared dough balls and

deep-fry them on medium flame.

now  you can see they turn light

brown and increase in size.

Deep fry them until they

turn golden brown, it will

take around 6-7 minutes.

Drain and transfer them over

kitchen napkin and let them

cool for 5-minutes.

Add fried balls into warm

sugar syrup . Keep them in sugar

Syrup for 1 hour.

Gulab jamuns are ready for serving.

Sprinkle finely chopped almonds.

Serve them warm or chilled.

Cheesy Lasagna

INGREDIENTS

  • Eggplant 1
  • Zuchhini 2-3images
  • Lasagna sheets 4-6
  • onion, chopped 1/4 cup
  • small tomatoes 2
  •  sauce 1/2 cup
  • garlic clove, minced 1
  • dried oregano 1/2 tbs
  • dried basil 1 tbs
  • dried thyme 1 tbs
  •  water
  •  pepper 1 tbs
  • cottage cheese (or low
  • fat ricotta) 1/2 cup
  •  mozzarella cheese 1 /2 cup
  •  flour 2 tbs

DIRECTIONS

Slice zucchini and eggplants lengthwise

Cook zucchini until tender,

Boil lasagna sheet drain

and set aside. Fry eggplants and

onions until eggplant are  brown

and onions are tender.

In a baking dish place layer of

Eggplants then lasagna .

Mix cottage cheese, half of shredded

cheese, oregano, basil ,sauce

thyme and flour.spread mixture.

Top with half of zucchini & tomatoes

and cottage cheese mixture.

Top with lasagna and

remaining eggplants and zucchini.

Put last lasagna on the top.

Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F for

30 minutes.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake 10 minutes longer.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Ingredients

  •  4 tortillas
  •  1/2 cup cream Cheeserotiwraptrafasie
  •  1/2 mayonnaise
  •  1/2  cup chilli suace
  •  Cabbage
  •  Carrot
  •  olives
  •  bellpeper
  •  onion
  •  mint leaves
  •  cucumber
  •  potatoes fried
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl,

combine cream cheese,

mayonnaise and souce.

  1. Spread this mixture evenly over tortillas.
  2. Chop all the vegetables . keep all

These chopped  vegetables and fried

potatoes on tortillas.

Spread cheese evenly over tortillas.

  1. Starting at one end, roll

each tortilla tightly and

wrap individually in

plastic wrap.

  1. Slice each roll and serve.

 COCONUT AND BROCCOLI SOUP

  • 8-10  broccoli pieces
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cup vegetablestock
  • 2-3 garlic
  • 1/2 cheese
  • Salt

METHOD

IN a dish add butter onion and garlic.

Now add broccoli  carrot vegetable stock

Salt  and pepper.

Microwave for10 min. Stir in

Coconut milk cook for 5 min.

Garnish with cheese and parsley
