Butter Paneer

Matar  Ki RAJ Kachori

 

INGREDIENTmatar

 

  • Suji – 2 cup
  • Maida – 1/2 cup
  • chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Oil

 

Ingredients for Stuffing

 

  • Green Peas 1 cup
  • onion – 1
  • Curd – 400 gms
  • Green Chilies -2
  • Ginger-2 to 4 slices
  • Cumin seeds – 2 tea spoon (roast and grind)
  • Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • coriander powder
  • Black pepper – 1 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder – 1 tea spoon
  • tamarind chutney – 1/2 cup.
  • coriander chutney – 1/2 cup.
  • Sev bhuiya – 1/2 cup.
  • Pomegranate – 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup

 

 

Directions

 

Mix Semolina, Maida, 1/2 tsp Red

chili powder & salt with water. Make

 

a stiff dough.

 

Divide the dough into 6 equal

parts & roll out into a 5 inches

 

round Poori. Deep fry on Medium

 

heat till they are golden brown &

 

crispy. Allow to cool.

  1. To make the filling heat oil in a pan

put cumin seeds  , onion , ginger and green peas.

Add turmeric  powder, coriander powder, salt

and chili powder.

Cook peas for 5 minutes.

 

4.Take a Kachori in the serving plate

 

& make a big hole in the center.

 

 

5.Pour tamarind chutney , coriander

 

chutney and yogurt over it.

 

6.Garnish with pomegranates and

 

sev.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1lt milk
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 2 cup sugarSweet_Rasgulla
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

METHOD

1.To prepare chenna Boil milk in

a heavy bottomed pan.

Add lime juice and stir.

chenna separates from milk.

Pour the chenna into a bowl

lined with muslin cloth. wash

the chenna with water .

squeeze out the water.

  1. In a pressure cooker heat water

and  add sugar. Boil till the

sugar completely dissolves.

3.Turn out the chenna onto a

smooth surface.

mash the chenna well to

make a smooth paste.

divide the chenna into 10-12

equal portions and make small

smooth balls with no cracks.

4. drop all the balls gently into

the hot  sugar syrup. Put the cooker

lid on and bring to pressure. Reduce

heat to simmer and pressure cook for

4-6 minutes.

  1. Open the cooker lid. we will see

rasgullas floating in the syrup .

Transfer the rasgullas and syrup into

a bowl. Add cardamom powder

Refrigerate till nicely chilled.

Serve cold.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Pasta_salad_closeup pasta
  •  1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 0nion
  • 1 tbs  vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt

DIRECTION

Boil water in a big pan.Put pasta and cook until pasta is

nicely cooked.

drain water and keep pasta aside to cool.

chop cucumber,tomato,bell pepper and onion.

Take a large bowl mix pasta and chopped vegetables.

In a small bowl whisk together oil,vinegar,sugar,salt and pepper.

Mix this dressing with the veggies and pasta.

WITH TOMATO & GARLIC CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS

For Dough:

  •   2 cups maida                                                                                   images
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

For Filling:

  • 1 carrots
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1/2 cabbage
  • 2Tbsp oil
  • 1 cup onion
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ajinomoto
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • salt

for tomato suace

  • tomato 2
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • more

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole uradimages (7)
  • 1/2 cup kidney beans
  • 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder,
  • 1tsp coriander powder
  • 3-4 tbs butter
  • A large pinch of hing
  • (Asafoetida)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream.
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt

METHOD

  1. Wash and soak whole urad

and rajma for 4-5 hours in water.

  1. Put water, dal and rajma with

salt and turmeric in cooker.

3.cook for 5-6  whistles.

  1. Melt butter in a pan. Add hing

and chopped onions and cook until

light golden brown in color

add ginger garlic paste and sauté.

  1. Add chopped tomatoes. Sauté

and add  coriander powder and

red chili powder and sauté until

tomatoes are well mashed.

  1. Mix it well and simmer for

15-20 minutes.sprinkle the

garam masala on daal.

  1. Add fresh cream and 2 tbsp of

butter and let it simmer for

5-6 minutes and turn off the

heat. Garnish with coriander

leaves before serving.
