PASTA SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Pasta_salad_closeup pasta
  •  1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 0nion
  • 1 tbs  vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt

DIRECTION

Boil water in a big pan.Put pasta and cook until pasta is

nicely cooked.

drain water and keep pasta aside to cool.

chop cucumber,tomato,bell pepper and onion.

Take a large bowl mix pasta and chopped vegetables.

In a small bowl whisk together oil,vinegar,sugar,salt and pepper.

Mix this dressing with the veggies and pasta.

INGREDIENTS

Dressing

         Salad

  • cheese 1/2 cup

  • lettuce leaves 3-4
  • tomatoes 2

  • yellow pepper 1
  • Walnuts 1/4 cup

DIRECTIONS

Whisk dressing ingredients together

until blended.

Add salt to taste.

cut all the vegetables into thin

rings . Torn lettuce into small pieces.

Combine all salad ingredients,

except cheese, in large bowl.

sprinkle the dressing.Toss well

Sprinkle walnuts  and cheese

over and serve.

CUCUMBER SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • lemon juice
  • vinegar
  • red pepper
  • salt coriander leaves
  • green onion

DIRECTION

cut cucumbers into small pieces.

Add chopped coriander and green onion.

red pepper flakes , salt

  • 2 cup boiled mixed sprouts
  • 1 potato

METHOD

To make sprouts soak each pulse

INSTRUCTION

Boil sweet corns.

finely chopp spring onions.

Dice  green capsicum, carrot

cucumber and tomato.

In a bowl take Honey-Mustard

lime juice, salt and black pepper.

Gradually whisk olive oil .

add vineger and whisk properly.

Mix sweet corns and all the

veggies in a deep bowl.

SWEET POTATO SOUP

Ingredients:

  • 3 sweet potato

  • 1/4 cup green peas
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Big onion
  • 5 Cloves  garlic
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Fresh Lemon

  • 2x250ml Fresh Cream

METHOD

Boil sweet potatoes and carrot.

until the veggies are tender.

Blend the sweet potatoes and carrot.

In a pan fry sliced onion and ginger.

put  potato puree stir in coconut milk.

Bring to a boil.Add tomato puree.

mix in all the spices.

cook for 10 min. stir in the cream.

put a fig of coriander and serve

with naan bread.

  • 5-6 french beans

In a deep microwave safe bowl add

Boil water and put noodles .

When noodles are coocked strain.

Mix noodles , cabbage, onion , tofu ,

SPINACH SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pounds fresh spinach, washed
  • thoroughly
  •  3-4 Brocoli pieces
  • 4-5  tofu cubes
  • 1/2 cup boiled sweet corns
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream

DIRECTION

Take water in a pan and bring it to a boil.

Cook spinach in pan for 8 to 10 minutes.

Drain, and squeeze out liquid and chop
