BANANA AND STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

1 BANANA

6 STRAWBERRIES

1/2 CUP YOGURT391px-Strawberry_milkshake

1/2 CUP MILK

1/4 CUP SLICED ALMONDS

1/4 CUP WHIPPED CREAM

METHOD

Blend ice cubes, banana, strawberry, yogurt and milk.

Garnish with crushed strawberries and sliced almonds.

STRAWBERRY SUNDAE

INGREDIENTS

  • strawberries 10-12

  • venilla icecream 3 scoop
  • chocolate syrup 3-4 tbs
  • almonds 1/4 cup
  • orange zest 1/4 cup
  • cinamon 1/2 tbs
  • whipped cream 1scoop

PREPARATION

Mix berries and sugar in a

medium bowl. On a medium flame

cook. berry mixture cook until

berries begin to soften.  cook  for

about 2 -4 minutes. Stir in

orange zest and cinnemon.

refrigerate this suace for

10-15 min to cool down.

Take a glass put one scoop

of venilla icecream then

put some strawberry suace.

drizzle the chocolate syrup.

Add layers again,topping with

another scoop of ice cream.

Add the whipped cream

on top. garnish with mashed

strawberries & sliced almonds.

 LEMON GRASS TEA

INGREDIENT

  • lemongrass 2 stalk
  • ginger small
  • tea leaves 1/2 tbs
  • honey 4 tbsdownload (17)
  • water 4 cup

METHOD

First of all wash lemon grass

and crush them.

Take a pan and boil water in it.

Add lemongrass, ginger

tea leaves and honey.

Boil properly and then

strain in the cups.

this tea can be served

either hot or cold.

CARROT JUICE

Carrot juice is a healthy , delicious and  nutritious drink.

Its good for beautiful skin  better vision and many health  benefits.

It contains vitamin A,B,C,D,E  and minerals.

INGREDIENTS

  • Amla 1
  • Ginger  small
  • Mint few
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Lemon 1
  • Salt
  • Ice cubes
  • Beetroots 1/2

METHOD

Wash and peel carrots and beetroots.

Cut into 2 inch pieces.

In a juicer make the juice  of

carrot , amla ,beetroot, ginger and tomato.

put some ice cubes and salt.

stir in the lemon juice.

Garnish with mint leaves.

MANGO ICECREAM

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 mango
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cream
  •  1 tbs Vanilla essence
  • 1/4 pista
  • 1/4 almonds
  • 1/2 sugar

METHOD

2) Pour the cream in a bowl. Keep

this bowl  in the freezer for 10 min.

3) Add 1/2 cup of sugar and start

beating the cream with hand mixer.

4) Beat it till you get nice stiff peak.

5) Once you get stiff peak, add

mango puree  , milk and vanilla.

6) Fold it in using spatula. Do not

mix vigorously otherwise cream will

deflate.

7) Pour into a container and keep

In refrigerator for 3 hours.

8) Then take out the container

from the freezer, cut into pieces,

add it to the blender.

9) Blend it till it becomes smooth.

10) Pour it back to the container.

Add almonds and pista.

Cover it with plastic wrap.

11) Freeze it till sets completely.

Scoop out into a bowl and serve.

 TRIPPLE COLOR ICECREAM SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS

  • milkmade 1 cup
  • whippedcream 2  cupimages (11)
  • Sugar 3 tbs
  • Venilla syrup 1/2 tbs
  • Cookies 6-8
  • Food colors

fold into milk made, sugar and Venilla.

Divide between 3  freezer containers.

Stir in two food colors red  and green

in two containers and one white.

Cover and freeze for 6 hours .

To make ice cream sandwiches,

spread icecream on bottom of cookies.

making three color layer.

Cover with remaining cookies.

press down gently and freeze.

BLUEBERRY AND BANANA SMOOTHIE

Blueberry 1/2 cup
banana 1/2
avocado 1/2
coco powder 1 tbs
honey 1/2 tbs
water 2 cup
icecubes
almonds for decoration

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth .put almonds and serve

BODYSHAPING GREEN TEA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

2 cup green teaBV7889

1 avocado

½ cup sliced almonds

4 tbsp honey

½ cup curd

2-3 Mint leaves

Crushed ice

Method –

In a blender add sliced almond  honey

green tea and blend. Add curd  ,

avocado and crushed ice blend again.

Pour in a tall glass and garnish with

Mint leaves and some almond slices.

serve chilled.
