Got some time today for making dinner,  so I decided to make fish and veggie. I first made the side dish, bake zucchini,  then mushrooms,  and last, my fish!

Bake zucchini
1 zucchini (sliced)
1 tsp of olive oil, garlic, white sesame seeds, lawry’s seasoning salt and dried rosemary

Mix everything together and bake for 40 mins at 400F.

Bake oyster mushrooms
2 medium oyster mushrooms (cut into 10 to 12 pieces)
1 tbsp of korean spicy paste
2.5 tbsps of water
1 tsp of black sesame seeds

Mix korean spicy paste with water until smooth. Mix oyster mushrooms in and marinade for 30 mins.
Put mushrooms on a greased baking tray, top with black sesame seeds.  Bake for 30 mins and flip each piece mid way.


Salmon and crispy potato
2 fingerling potatoes (grated)
1 small sweet potato (grated)
0.7 lb salmon (skin removed and cut into 3 pieces)
